This retreat works with the chakra system, with the heart as our central reference point. We ground into the body through the root, explore flow and vitality through the sacral, and cultivate clarity and personal power through the solar plexus — all in service of opening, listening and expanding from the heart.
Mornings will begin with strong, intelligent yoga in the beautiful yoga shala at Bredsjö Herrgård, designed to build strength, focus, and trust in yourself. The practice will reflect the energetic theme of the day and set the tone for what follows.
Outside the shala, the pace softens without losing depth. Forest walks. Time around the fire. Candle making with intention. Long sessions in the lakeside sauna. Hearty farm-to-table vegetarian cuisine.
